Take a heavy dose of John Maus, sprinkle in some Devo, season with Oingo Boingo and you've got a tasty Slugbug recipe.

Sparkling, inventive, melodic... and absolutely batshit crazy.

I dunno, this track is pretty weak compared to House Of Pax & Out Dope.

I think they (along with the Plexus, Public Ambient & Classex tracks) are more worthy of praise than this.

Hey, it's all good. Just opinions.

For me it's all about Magic Keys. Such a classy track, especially considering what most Trance was like in '93 (hard, fast, intense).

It almost verges on Progressive House of the same era, but with enough melodic flair (inspired by Jean Michel Jarre's ... See full review

Great sound on my copy. I'm using a Technics SL-1200MK3D. No skips, no issues.

For those complaining about skips using their Crosleys etc, maybe consider changing your turntable before blaming the vinyl.

Nice track, but you can't help but think of Onda Del Futuro - Terra when listening to it.

Think of this as a Cappella remix.

No issues with my copy. There was minor static on first play straight out of the shrinkwrap, but after a VPI all issues vanished.

Stunning sound, and dead quiet.

Thought so, it has that '90 sound! Was it a vinyl promo? I can't see it anywhere. Maybe acetate? Or just CD?

Well worth it for the amazing Destination: Overdrive.

The DFA remix hasn't aged well, though. I'm not sure it was ever all that to be honest.

Ok, so I just bought the download from iTunes before committing to buy the LP.

Initial thought (after three listens):

It's not really a follow-up to Equinoxe, rather a hommage to many previous albums wrapped up in a modern suit.

What's the deal with this? Was it really produced in 2004?

It sounds like some early 80's Hi-NRG production. I can't find any earlier release date for this track on Discogs, though the band seem to stretch back to the 70's.

On the face of it, "The Beat Is Alive" shouldn't work.

It's simply DJ Rob operating a drum machine, nothing more than a kick, hi-hats & snare. No music as such.

But MC Joe transforms this non-event into a legendary Hardcore classic. His aggressive ... See full review

Decent remix by Ferry, but the gimmicky siren sound hasn't aged well. The kinda thing that reminds you of Kevin & Perry Go Large.

Still a nice track to drop in a '99 retro mix.

For me, it's all about Technopop (Rough mix).

1989. Kraftwerk style. Detroit influence. Belgian heart.

A top combination! It's EBM, but more futuristic. This sounds like the hand reaching out to Belgian Techno.

Stunning track.

Top notch Trance on a progressive tip with the Incisions remix.

I bought this blind, thinking the track "You Can Dance" would be a re-edit of the Hi-NRG tune You Can Dance, but it's not. It's not related at all.
